Brooke Fadanelli, M.A., LPC, is a licensed professional counselor providing services in Arizona, Illinois, Maine, Ohio, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Utah (offering in-person therapy in Scottsdale, AZ, and telehealth therapy in Arizona, Illinois, Maine, Ohio, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Utah). Brooke is specialized in treating OCD and a variety of anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and panic disorder using exposure response prevention.
Our therapists have served diverse communities across multiple states, working in a variety of clinical settings and supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health needs. These experiences have shaped our approach and allow us to treat South Dakota patients holistically — seeing the whole person, not just their anxiety disorder.

Every clinician who joins CalmOCD completes a three-month, specialty training period led by our Clinical Director to ensure confidence and excellence in treating anxiety disorders with evidence-based methods. Our therapists participate in weekly continuing education, professional development, and collaborative case consultations to continuously refine treatment approaches and share insights.

We are committed to growing as clinicians and as a team. Each year, our staff attends the International OCD Foundation Conference to expand our knowledge and learn alongside leading experts in the field, bringing advanced clinical understanding back to support patients here in South Dakota.

We look forward to being a part of your recovery!

SPACE | Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions

(SPACE) – which stands for Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions, is an evidence-based parenting program that aids parents of children and adolescents with anxiety, OCD, and related issues. A unique, parent-based intervention, SPACE provides parents of anxious children with specific tools to implement at home. This model is unique, as children do not have to participate in treatment because parents can learn new ways to interact with their children helping to reduce their symptoms. This treatment approach acknowledges the role parents play in helping their children manage their anxiety.
