Insurance
CalmOCD is considered an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies.
We do not bill any insurance directly or negotiate rates on your behalf. Since we are private pay, payment is due at the time of the therapeutic service. The practice accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards as a form of payment.
CalmOCD will provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance company if you choose to utilize any out-of-network benefits.
Reimbursement is between you and your insurance company and is dependent on the particular policy. Please check with your insurance company prior to starting treatment. CalmOCD does not communicate with insurance companies or enter into single case agreements.

Intake Session
If CalmOCD seems to be a good fit based on your individual needs, an intake session will be scheduled.
At CalmOCD we treat individuals ages 5 and up with obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, eating disorders, panic disorder, agoraphobia, phobias, misophonia, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), and co-occurring depression.
