Mallory specializes in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), recognizing the complexity of this condition and the impact it can have on individuals' lives. She approaches therapy with a blend of understanding, patience, empathy, and especially humor, believing that a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship is essential for progress. Mallory is committed to empowering her clients with the tools and strategies needed to manage obsessions, unwanted thoughts, and fears, while working towards reducing compulsive behaviors and avoidance.
