Our client care coordinator will schedule a consultation with one of our licensed therapists, gather mental health history, and assess your therapeutic needs. Our clinical director will then recommend the appropriate level of care and best therapist for you.
If using out-of-network insurance, contact your provider to confirm prior authorization requirements. Our care coordinator can assist with coverage details and authorizations.
Collect psychiatric/therapy notes, medication lists (including doses), prescriptions, primary-care or psych MD contact info, ID, and insurance cards.
CalmOCD offers multiple programs, including extended IOPs (longer than three weeks when needed). Work with your coordinator to determine the best fit.

After completing the IOP, continued care is recommended. If returning home outside Utah, check if one of our licensed therapists can provide telehealth aftercare in your state. If not, we’ll connect you with a trusted local provider.
